Q. What area does Parties with Pizzazz service?

A. Memphis, Bartlett, -Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Southaven, Horn Lake & Olive Branch. We do not offer our services in apartments.


Q. Where are the parties held?

A. Parties with Pizzazz is a mobile party company, we will bring the celebration to your location, including costumes, accessories, and much more. We have joined forces with Whitehaven's Gathering Place and offer our services in their party room and at Incredible Pizza Company .

Q. What age does Parties with Pizzazz offer parties for?

A. Parties with Pizzazz parties are offered for boys and girls ages 1 to 99. 

Q. How do I reserve a party date?

A. You may fill out our reservation form on our website, email or call us to reserve your party date. Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Once you have selected a party date and time, you will pay a deposit to secure the reservation. Carnival packages require at least a 50% deposit and outside service area events require full payment. All deposits are applied to your final party balance. Deposits are non refundable. 

Q. Is there a minimum/maximum attendance?

A. No. However, our parties are designed to make the birthday child feel special, it can be hard to achieve this when there are 20 - 30 children at a party. We recommend no more than 20 children. The maximum amount of children with any Limo package is 15. The maximum amount of children at Whitehaven's Gathering Place is 30.

Q. Will there be more than 1 party hostess?

A. Parties with the minimum amount of 10 guests will have 1 party hostess, if your guest list goes over 10 guests, an additional hostess may be required to assist.  

Q. Do I need to RSVP before the party date?

A. Yes, you will be contacted by Parties with Pizzazz one week prior to your party date to go over final party details and get a RSVP count for your party. RSVP counts are very important so that we are prepared to accommodate your party based on your needs.

Q. What happens if a guest arrives late?

A. Parties with Pizzazz parties are based on a schedule, the parties work best when all guest arrive on time. Please indicate to your guest to arrive promptly. Guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party. For every additional half hour the party carries over will incur a $50 fee added to your party balance.

Q. How much time will your need to set up and clean up?

A. Parties with Pizzazz will arrive 10 minutes prior to your event to set up and clean up takes about 10 minutes after the conclusion of your party. Carnivals may require extra time.

Q. Do you bring any refreshments?

A. No. Refreshments, cake and beverages are the responsibility of birthday parent/ guardian.

Q. What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule my party?

A. In the event you have to cancel our service for any reason, party deposits are non- refundable. If you have a scheduling conflict and/or illness that prevents you from having the party, Parties with Pizzazz will work with you to reschedule your party within 30 days. There are no refunds on deposits.

Q. What form of payment does Parties with Pizzazz accept?

A. Parties with Pizzazz accepts cash, check or credit card for deposits. ALL party balances must be paid in cash or money orders the day of your event. One exception, credit card payments for final party balance MUST be paid 5 days in advance.

Q. Are your party hostesses allowed to accept gratuity?

A. Yes, if Parties with Pizzazz has provided you with service up to your expectations, gratuity is greatly appreciated by our staff.

Q. What days are available for Parties with Pizzazz parties?

A. Parties with Pizzazz is here for you, we can accommodate party days 7 days a week.
