SERVERS/ BARTENDERS
Parties with Pizzazz servers, captains and bartenders will allow you to enjoy mingling with your guests at you own party or event. Captains will help keep everything organized and make sure that all vendors, workers, etc. stay on schedule. Captains are on-site managers that are capable of handling any situation that may arise at your event. Our full staff of uniformed servers and bartenders can help your party run smoothly.
SET-UP - We can provide set-up services including decorating, greeting guests, setting place settings, etc.
SERVE - We can serve food for a formal sit down dinner, buffet service or passed appetizers. We can supply bartending services and keep food replenished.
CLEAN-UP - We can wash dishes, take out trash, store food, pack-up, etc.
Formal Sit down meal (1 server for every 20 guests)
Buffet Service (1 server for every 30 guests)
Passed Appetizers (2 servers for every 50 guests)
Bartending (1 Bartender for every 50 guests)
Our bartenders are TABC certified.
There is a 4- Hour minimum for all server/bartender services
Servers & Bartenders should be scheduled to arrive before your guests.
Client provides all food and liquor
Server/ Cook/ Banquet-Set Up Staff rate is $30.00 per hour/ per staff person
Bartender rate is $30.00 per hour/per staff person
Captain rate is $50.00 per hour
A 15% gratuity is added to the total invoice
SITTER SERVICE
Yes, you can have kids at your wedding and still a WONDERFUL time!!! Our Sitter Service provides excellent and fun wedding and event sitter service. Our consultants are well trained, thoroughly screened and you will have at least one CPR certified sitter at your event.
You provide the room and Parties with Pizzazz will provide the fun. Make your wedding a huge success by giving the kids their own fun time too.
